Job Description and Qualifications
Research Associate Position:
- • BS/MS scientist with at least 2 years experience with animal cell cultures
- • Background in Biology, Cell Biology or Biotechnology
- • Experience, knowledge and good skills in cell assays
- • Ability to independently establish a Cell Biology lab and maintain cell lines or primary cells
- • Excellent computer and communication skills and ability to collect and analyze experimental data for scientific publications

Job Description
- • Review, draft and form legal documentation, contracts, and agreements
- • Collect all possible information, concerns, and applicable policy to ensure completion of documents and legitimate compliance
- • Translate agreements, contracts, and legal documents between English & Chinese
- • Respond to legal inquiries, escalate legal issues as needed in a timely manner
- • Manage and organize legal documents
- • Manage the validation and expiration date of legal documents, contracts and agreements
Qualifications and Requirements
- • Must be bilingual in English and Chinese
- • Must have legal assistant experience or be a law school graduate
- • Must be familiar with SEC regulations and have knowledge of commercial law or be a fast learner

Corporate Risk Specialist
Job Duties
- • Conduct risk analysis on business partners with their financial reports, and monitor key risk indicators and metrics to ensure compliance with company's internal policies and regulatory requirements
- • Conduct systematic risk and idiosyncratic risk analysis using CAPM model, Beta measurement and other tools/models per request for risk mitigation and arbitrage
- • Conduct operating risk analysis using financial data from Form-8K, Form-10K, Form-10Q, and OTC stock market, evaluate records and all other financial statements to make recommendations to CFO and board of directors
- • Consult with stakeholders and shareholders about corporate operation and investment potential. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and potential risk exposures and present them to general audience
- • Use risk and data analytic tools, including but not limited to: Jupyter Notebook, R Studio, MySQL to process and analyze financial data, conduct thorough risk assessments, and stress tests using statistical and financial modeling techniques
- • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in the field of risk management
Required Skills & Experience
- • Experience with Power BI and other automation tools
- • Experience in dealing with large data sets
- • Experience in SQL, Python, R
- • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
